Examsrefer to formal optional assessments included as part of certain Courses, used to evaluate a participant's competency.

Certifications refer to credentials issued by CloudBreach upon successful completion of a Course and its associated Exam.

Republish, sell, rent, or sub-licence any material from the website.

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute site content.

Create frames around any webpage that alter its visual presentation without prior written permission.

Use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair the site or its availability.

Accounts must be created and used by real humans only. Registration by bots or automated systems is strictly prohibited.

Your account is personal and may not be shared with others.

You agree to abide by applicable laws and the Acceptable Use Policy, and you take full responsibility for all activity on your account.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

Access duration depends on the course purchased.

Login details for the labs and platform will be provided after purchase. You agree not to share your login credentials or provide access to others.

All fees are payable in full at the time of purchase.

Prices may change without notice, but existing purchases remain unaffected.

CloudBreach Ltd does not offer refunds for digital training courses.

Lab access extension is available through the portal's Add-ons section.

CloudBreach may offer certification or knowledge-assessment exams as part of its training offerings.

All exams must be completed by the registered user without assistance from others or external resources, unless explicitly permitted.

Any form of cheating — including plagiarism, collusion, use of leaked or pirated materials, or abuse of exam environments — is strictly prohibited.

Suspected cheating results in suspension or permanent termination of access without notice and without refund.

All website content, course material, videos, quizzes, and labs are the intellectual property of CloudBreach Ltd or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the website or Services without prior written permission from CloudBreach Ltd.

Denial-of-service (DoS) attacks of any kind.

Deployment of malware or destructive payloads.

Attacks on other users or assets outside the lab scope.

Automated or excessive scanning beyond the defined lab scope.

Unauthorised access to data or environments outside the lab.

Violation of lab rules results in immediate termination of access without refund.

Comments reflect the views of the individual poster and not CloudBreach.

CloudBreach reserves the right to monitor and remove any comments that are inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms, at its sole discretion.

By posting a comment, you warrant that you have the right to do so, and that the content does not infringe any intellectual property rights or contain defamatory or unlawful material.

You grant CloudBreach a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and edit your comments in any form or media.

Services are provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind.

CloudBreach does not guarantee certification, employment outcomes, or specific skill acquisition upon completion of any course or exam.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudBreach excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits CloudBreach's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by law.

CloudBreach may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, including in cases of cheating, abuse, or unauthorised use.

No refunds are issued upon termination for cause.
